Refund Policy

At TrueLak Vipra Charitable Trust, we are grateful for every donation that allows us to further our mission of transforming education in India.

Donations

Donations made to TrueLak Vipra Charitable Trust are governed under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and are therefore not refundable. Tax-exempted donations, once accepted, will be revoked in accordance with applicable laws.

Event Registrations

For paid events organized by the trust, requests for full refunds will only be considered if made in writing at least 15 days prior to the event date. Refunds for cancellations made within 15 days are subject to deduction of a 25% processing fee.

No refunds are permissible for no-shows or cancellation requests made after the commencement of the event. However, substitutions of registered participants are allowed.

Product Purchases

Refunds for defective or damaged products will be made after verification by our staff. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. We will refund the cost of products once returned to us in original condition.

No refunds are offered for personal reasons, changes of mind or inadvertent purchases once an order has been processed and shipped in good condition.

Refund Process

However, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a refund is requested. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered.

Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days once verified and approved. Refunds for cash payments will be made by cheque or digital transfer.

The trust reserves the right to deny any request for a refund made in violation of this policy. Decisions will be made at the sole discretion of TrueLak Vipra.
