  • The proposed site for Dairy Farming is well connected with Road from Mulabagilu Town a taluka head Quarters where all required facilities like veterinary aid etc are available.
  • Good Quality animals for procurement are available in the nearby livestock markets of APMC in various districts of Karnataka & neighbouring states.
  • Good quality Cows are also available directly from the Farmers with in a radius of 100 kms distance and also with the Govt Farms
  • The applicant has been trained in Dairy Farming by a technical Govt Agency and thus is competent to manage the proposed farm.
  • The proposed site for establishing the unit falls within the prescribed limit of jurisdiction of the Financing Bank.
  • The concentrate Feed is available in the open market under many brands,and also the Enterpreneur can mix his own concentrate after procuring the ingredients from the market.
  • Health coverage facilities from the department of Animal Husbandry& Veterinary Services are available at hobli, Taluk, &District levels.
  • The marketable stock of Products produced can be marketed at Farm gate, near by Milk Co-operative Societies, near by cities, to surrounding consumers like Hotels & Sweet marts.
  • A Cow produces 20 Litres of Milk per day and 6200 Litres per annum which is highly economical and remunerative.
  • The entrepreneur is having sufficient irrigated land for production of Green Fodder,Silage, Legumes, Fodder trees etc .which reduces the expenditure on feeding on perennial basis.
  • The location of the site selected to establish the proposed Dairy Farming unit is technically suitable for Dairy Farming.
